The programme also enhances cross-cultural understanding, equipping participants to navigate international business environments and drive innovation within their organizations.

The programme is designed for early-career high potentials (ages 25-35) from Eurapco partners with 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong English proficiency, and a growth mindset. Ideal candidates have a keen interest in cross-cultural collaboration and driving innovation in insurance.
