Executive Programme

The Executive Programme is a 9-month learning journey that has been designed for individuals in senior positions at the Eurapco Partner companies. 

Turbulent times call for agile, visionary and engaging leaders. They also call for resilient and agile organisations that rapidly exploit emerging opportunities through innovation, collaboration and effective change.

The Executive Programme creates value on three levels: for you, your organisation and all Eurapco Partners. The Executive programme will equip you with the mindset, tools and behaviours to ensure a resilient future for your organisation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other senior leaders across Eurapco to share challenges and ideas for solutions and experiment with your ideas.


The programme starts with an introduction online, most likely in the course of January 2025. First online module takes place in March 2025, the second one in June 2025. Closure of the programme will be done in an online meeting. Duration is approximately 9 months.


The two modules of this programme take place at London Business School, in the United Kingdom.

The introduction webinar and the experimentation challenge take place online.


Fee indication: €14,000. 

Excluding travelling costs and VAT.


The programme is presented in a blended format. You will have a combination of online and physical meetings.

What will you learn?
  • You will learn to articulate the forces that are disrupting the industry and what you, as leaders, need to do to change your organisation and exploit opportunities. 
  • You will identify the changes needed to your business and management models to achieve the speed and agility required to succeed in today’s environment. 
  • You will apply human-centred design methods to find innovative solutions to challenges. 
  • You will design and conduct experimentation to increase the speed and impact of new ideas.  
  • You will learn how to lead in a way that builds your organisation’s capability for innovation, collaboration, and transformational change. 
  • You will learn how to translate strategy into action by clearly aligning strategy and activities. 
  • You will close the knowing-doing gap, engaging people to make change happen. 
  • You will learn how to inspire others to higher performance through the skills of authentic leaders and attract and develop talent by building a great culture. 
  • You will learn how to engage and inspire people through your presence and your impactful communication.

Who can participate?

The Eurapco Executive programme has been designed for experienced Senior Managers/Directors, one to three levels from CEO, and CEO’s (depending on the size of the Partner company). Participants must be responsible for leading others and for determining the future direction of their organisation or area of responsibility. 

Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential. 

How and when can I apply?

Step 1:
Each partner follows their own selection process. By using the ‘Apply’ button, your interest will be forwarded to your HR department. HR decides about your participation. You can also directly reach out to your own HR contact person that you are interested in this programme. If you don’t know your contact person or if you have questions about the application process, please send an e-mail to

Step 2:
If you are selected for the programme, your HR department will send an e-mail to the Eurapco Academy to confirm that you are nominated for the programme.

Step 3:

Shortly after the nomination deadline, you will receive a confirmation and invitation letter with all the details for joining the programme.
