Eurekans Programme

The Eurekans Programme is a 12-month continous development process, which includes course modules, team assignments, individual assignments and self–managed learning.

During this programme you will learn how to implement cross-boundary thinking, collaborative problem-solving and a wide-ranging understanding of your own capabilities, while making demonstrable contributions to the success of the Eurapco Alliance and your own company.

Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work closely with business experts and leadership professors in an interactive environment, giving you the opportunity of receiving immediate feedback when testing new potential strategies.


The Eurekans Programme is a 12-month long experience held January 2025 to December 2025. The programme is presented in six different modules; three are “off-campus”, and the other three are “on-campus”.

The first face to face Module will run in January/February 2025.


The on-campus modules will take place at different venues across Europe.

Excluding travelling costs and VAT.


The Programme is presented in different modules. You will have off-campus as well as on-campus modules.

Participants are expected to attend the entire programme.


Programme Details

What will you learn?
  • You will understand how you can contribute to the Eurapco strategic themes and benefit from the Eurapco Alliance (cross-cultural experience).  
  • You will broaden your (global) perspective by working alongside peers from various countries, business disciplines, and cultural backgrounds.  
  • You will obtain feedback on your current leadership skills and identify actions to improve and build a clear, personal vision and an action plan for achieving your personal (business) goals.  
  • You will learn how to build and lead winning teams. 
  • You will develop the skills to motivate and coach others more effectively. 
  • You will develop a deeper business understanding by being exposed to real business issues through action learning projects. 
  • You will discover how to inspire action, overcome resistance, and lead successful change initiatives.

Who can participate?

The Eurekans Programme has been specifically designed for managers and functional specialists who have at least five to ten years of professional work experience, have been identified as having the potential to grow into senior roles, and are outstanding prospects for leadership. Individuals who can make the change, deliver results, and show that the impossible is, in fact, possible.

Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.

How and when can I apply?

Step 1:
Each partner follows their own selection process. By using the ‘Apply’ button, your interest will be forwarded to your HR department. HR decides about your participation. You can also directly reach out to your own HR contact person that you are interested in this programme. If you don’t know your contact person or if you have questions about the application process, please send an e-mail to

Step 2:
If you are selected for the programme, your HR department will send an e-mail to the Eurapco Academy to confirm that you are nominated for the programme.

Step 3:

Shortly after the nomination deadline, you will receive a confirmation and invitation letter with all the details for joining the programme.
