Programme
The Claims Programme has been designed to provide claims managers with a unique international experience and opportunity to learn and share best practices with international colleagues from the Eurapco Alliance.
During this programme you will deep dive into actual topics in claims management, like artificial intelligence, fraud and Climate change. You will share best practices and learn from best practices of others. As claims manager or senior expert you will learn what drives you personally and what it takes to create sustainable improvements and changes at your company. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to benefit from peer coaching with colleagues from the other companies which can potentially help in the improvement of your claims service, even after the programme has finished.

Approach
The Claims Programme consists of three modules: the online phase, the online Claims Challenge and the onsite phase. To close the programme we will have a last online meeting.

What will you learn?
- You will receive expert knowledge on strategic topics like online claims handling, customer satisfaction and artificial intelligence, so you are able to increase the speed and quality of implementation at your company.
- You will address and discuss around the topic of future skills and technology, and identify areas of improvement at your company.
- You will learn how to increase effectiveness through the good practices of other Partners.
- You will learn how to increase effectiveness and implement changes by learning about personal leadership.
Who can participate?
The Claims Programme has been designed for managers and senior experts, experienced in the claims field. Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential.

Reale Mutua employees are asked to contact the Reale Mutua Academy first, as they coordinate the applications of Reale Mutua employees.
You can apply for this programme until the application deadline as mentioned above. If you apply after the deadline, we will do our best to put you in the programme. If that is not possible anymore, we will put you on our list of interested candidates for a next stream.
