The Leadership Experience has been specifically designed for managers, three levels from CEO and with 10 years of management experience. 

Since the programme is conducted in English, good business knowledge of the English language is essential. 

Step 1:
Each partner follows their own selection process. By using the ‘Apply’ button, your interest will be forwarded to your HR department. HR decides about your participation. You can also directly reach out to your own HR contact person that you are interested in this programme. If you are selected for the programme, your HR department will send an e-mail to the Eurapco Academy to confirm that you are nominated for the programme.

Step 3:
Shortly after the nomination deadline, you will receive a confirmation and invitation letter with all the details for joining the programme.
